“BAKIYAŞAYIŞTIKİNTI” LLC was established as a result of the privatization of the former “Bakiyayaşıştikinti” Project Industrial Construction Association. “Bakiyayaşıştikinti” LSTB has been operating for more than 50 years. From the date of its establishment until 1995, “Bakiyayaşıştikinti” LSTB operated as the only organization in Azerbaijan specializing in the construction of monolithic buildings within the “Baku Bash Tikinti” department as a construction trust for high-rise buildings. Examples of this include the construction of 5 16-story residential buildings on Azadlig Avenue, the administrative building of the Institute of Cartography of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the building of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University, the educational building of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, residential areas A, B, V of Ahmadli settlement, 16-story residential buildings in the 8th and 9th microdistricts in Baku city, etc. After the liquidation of the “Baku Main Construction” Department, our construction trust began operating as “Bakıyaşayıştikinti” LSTB in 1995. During this period, it built 3 16-storey residential buildings belonging to “Wellington” LLC (Singapore) on Inshaatchilar Avenue, a residential complex consisting of 5 buildings in the Narimanov district belonging to “Maşıngayıran” MTK, 3 residential buildings near the Xalklar Dostluğu metro station belonging to the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery, commercial facilities belonging to the “KOÇ” holding, an educational building belonging to “Mitsui Corporation” (Japan), an administrative building of the Azerbaijani-Russian joint venture “Ruselprom”, 5 and 7-storey residential buildings on Nizami Street in Lokbatan settlement, a 5-storey residential building in M.A. Rasulzade settlement, etc. Since 2011, "Bakıyaşayıştikinti" LSTB has been privatized by the collective and has continued its activities as "Bakıyaşayıştikinti" LLC.
